CED/IADR membership

Join the CED and IADR:

Membership applications are managed for the CED by the IADR Central Office in Washington.

You can either download the application form as a pdf document or join the CED and IADR online.

Please note that, according to the by-laws of the IADR you HAVE to join both the IADR and the CED.


The membership dues consist of two parts:

A) CED dues 2009:

-CED active member: $38

-CED student member*: $19
* 1. If you are an undergraduate student, i.e. you have no degree as a dentist but you are currently enrolled in a recognized academic institution, please provide a certificate of your Dean, confirming your status.
  2. If you are a dentist, or keep a similar degree, please provide a copy of your graduation certificate
. Note: Student membership is restricted to 4 years after graduation (CED by-laws: Article 8, paragraph 7)

-CED retired member: $0


B) IADR dues 2009:

-IADR student member: $25

-IADR active member (including the "Journal of Dental Research" online only):

     Low income countries: Czech Republic, Georgia, Macedonia, Taiwan, Tunisia: $40

     Middle income countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Union of Serbia and Montenegro: $50

     High income countries (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy,       Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., U.S.): $90

-IADR retired (since 2005) member: $22


European Journal of Oral Sciences:

The European Journal of Oral Sciences is no longer mandatory for Continental European Division members. If you would like to continue your subscription, please contact Wiley-Blackwell directly at http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/eos and go to the Subscribe/Renew section. Please note that the order form including reduced membership rate will be available after 1st December 2008 for subscription year 2009.

Reinstall your membership:

Existing members can reinstall their membership online at the  the IADR web site. First please log in as a member using your membership number, e.g. from the old membership card. Then you will get access to the membership area and have just to click on "Renew My Membership for 2009". You will then be guided through the renewal process. Or, please fill in the form at https://www.e-noah.net/IAD/Join/NewContact.aspx and follow the instructions.

Please note that, according to the decision of the CED General Assembly in Warsaw in 2000, CED members who have not paid their IADR/CED dues in 2008, and who want to re-join in 2009, will be charged the CED/IADR membership dues for 2008 and 2009.
